Warranty

All Ragnok products come with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship and is valid only for the original buyer or gift recipient. It does not extend to others.

The warranty does not cover loss, wear and tear, accidents, or damage from misuse, abuse, or modification (e.g., exposure to chemicals, flames, or sharp objects). Unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty.

If your product has a manufacturing defect and you report it within 30 days, we’ll replace it with free shipping. After 30 days, shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact Customer Support at office@ragnok.net with a brief problem description and a photo or video.

Shipping costs for replacement products under warranty are the customer's responsibility.

Our support team responds to claims within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Response times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.
