Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. You can check availability by entering your address and postal code on the cart or checkout page — if a shipping option is displayed, delivery is available.
Will I need to pay additional customs duties or taxes?
Standard Shipping: For most countries (including the US, EU, UK, and others), taxes and duties are already included in the price when you select standard shipping — no additional payment is required upon delivery.
DHL: If you choose DHL Express, please note that you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery, according to your country’s customs regulations.
How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express options such as DHL can deliver within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are currently shipped from our China/Hong Kong warehouses. Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days with full tracking provided. DHL Express is faster; you can check delivery time and cost by entering your address at checkout.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking information for your package! You can click the Track button to view the delivery status. Or you can check your order on this page: Track an Order
Can I change my shipping address/method?
You can email us to request a change within 5 hours of placing your order.
After the order is processed by our fulfillment center, we are unable to modify the shipping address or method.
🔁 If your package is lost or not delivered due to a logistics issue, we will offer a reshipment or refund.
❗ If incorrect shipping info was provided or the recipient fails to collect the package in time (resulting in destruction or return), the customer will bear the loss and shipping cost.
Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Mainland China: Please provide your address in Chinese. For Taiwan, you must also provide your ID number for real-name verification.

What emails will I receive after placing an order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Can I modify my order after submission?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us to change the address or cancel the order. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
What if I don’t like the product after trying it? Can I return it?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy—as long as the product is in good condition, you can return it for a full refund.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a 12-month warranty covering non-human damages. For any quality issues, please contact us anytime at support@ragnok.com.
Product Usage
Is the gun-style grip difficult to get used to?
Most users become comfortable within just 1–2 days of use. The vertical grip helps reduce wrist strain, and once adapted, many find it even more comfortable than a traditional mouse.
Will aiming, such as quickly moving the crosshair upward, feel awkward?
Not at all. The ErgoStrike 7 uses the same sensor logic as a standard mouse—only the grip is different. Moving the crosshair upward works exactly the same, and with natural coordination of the wrist and arm, you can aim quickly and precisely.
Which platforms and games are supported?
It works directly with Windows and macOS. Popular FPS titles such as CS:GO / CS2, Valorant, Call of Duty, Battlefield, PUBG, and Apex Legends are all fully supported. It can also be used on PS / Xbox consoles, but most games require a keyboard-mouse adapter.
Do I need to install extra software or drivers?
The mouse supports plug-and-play. However, to customize lighting effects, macros, or DPI settings, we recommend downloading our driver software or firmware upgrade tool.
Is the latency higher than a regular mouse?
The ErgoStrike 7 supports three modes: wired, 2.4G wireless, and Bluetooth. Wired and 2.4G wireless modes deliver latency close to professional esports mice, more than sufficient for everyday use and FPS gaming. Bluetooth mode is ideal for casual or office use.
