Do you ship to my country?

During checkout, you will see a list of countries we can ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices or customs issues.

Is it free shipping for all countries?

It is free shipping for most countries. But for some countries with relatively underdeveloped logistics, we will charge $5~15 for shipping. Please check the shipping costs on the checkout page.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship via UPS/DHL/USPS, Yunexpress or other couriers. Usually it might take up to 5~9 days to arrive.

What’s the Taxes/Duties policy?

We ship it to the vast majority of countries, including EU countries, which are duty-free. If there are taxes and fees in the mail. For some other counties, such as Brazil, may collect taxes.

Hong long does order processing take?

For items currently in stock, we strive to process orders within 1~2 business days. It is noteworthy that certain orders may experience delays due to order processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking information for your package! You can click the Track button to view the delivery status. Or you can check your order on this page: Track an Order

Can I change my shipping address/method?

You can email us to change the address within 2 hours after you successfully place the order. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment agency, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method.

If the goods are lost or not delivered due to logistics problems, we will resend or refund. If the goods cannot be delivered/signed for due to the wrong address filled in by the customer, or the goods are destroyed by the courier because the recipient does not pick them up in time, the recipient will be responsible for the loss of goods and freight.

Will I be charged for customs duty?

For international orders outside of the United States, please note that we have no control over customs policies in different countries. Consequently, we cannot account for any taxes or import duties imposed. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes specific to your country.
